Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to serviceable locations across India through available courier partners. International shipping is not offered unless specifically confirmed by our support team before order placement.
Order Processing Time
Orders are reviewed after confirmation and are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Dispatch may take 2 to 3 business days depending on product availability, quality check, address serviceability and courier pickup schedules.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays, weather disruption, courier constraints or address verification may extend delivery timelines.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges, express shipping charges or Cash on Delivery handling fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Offers for free shipping may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
Order Tracking Process
Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive tracking information by email, SMS, WhatsApp or account order details where available. Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery more than once where service rules allow. Customers must provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Failed attempts due to incorrect information, unavailable recipients or refused delivery may lead to return to origin.
Undelivered, Lost or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is lost, undelivered or returned to us, we will review courier confirmation and order details. We may arrange re-dispatch, replacement, store credit, cancellation or refund depending on the case and stock availability.
